Guest Mikelijo Report post Posted 04/25/2006 02:28 PM I have uncommonly question! How to after end of call, when caller hangup, continue script, apropos, run vb script(or other script), and then go to hangup? After call, I would write into database duration of call. Maybe, my question is confusing, besouse my english is very bad, I am from Montenegro (ex Yugoslavia). Share this post Link to post

Guest Mikelijo Report post Posted 04/26/2006 07:45 AM I see that, but my problem is: I have two scripts. Script1 is "master script" and work for example 30 sec. When caller broken call after 15 sek, and I call script2,and write into database duration of call, $RV_CALLLENGHT is empty. This is problem!!!! If script1 work 30 sec, and caller is not hangup, goto hangup modul, $RV_CALLLENGHT value is 30, and this case is OK. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/26/2006 07:56 AM Please enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=0 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then restart VG and make a test call which demonstrates the problem. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces and the VoiceGuide script(s) used. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Guest Mikelijo Report post Posted 04/26/2006 02:50 PM Thanks, I change VG.INI file, and work propretly! Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/26/2006 10:40 PM ... the change in VG.INI just only enabled logging... ... it would not have affected $RV_CALLLENGTH substitution... Still, the main thing is that it's working for you now. Share this post Link to post
